t-shirts!
Last summer a good friend of mine, Matt Luckhurst (who was an Art Director with Swerve Magazine at the time), and I worked on an issue together that was based entirely around the t-shirt. We had a "studio" set up which consisted of a large white backdrop and a portable lighting set-up, and we wandered the streets of Calgary to document people's shirts and their stories behind them. The issue ended up getting nominated for a Canadian National Magazine Award.

outtake - chad
I thought that, every now and then, it could be fun to post an out-take from a past shoot.
Here's a shot of Chad VanGaalen from a shoot we did last summer.

Here are 2 extra shots from a shoot I did of Bass Pro/Outdoor World for Swerve Magazine. What an insaaaaane place...
mount eerie poster
Julie and I recently collaborated on a poster together. Mount Eerie was the man and the Sled Island Festival was the place.
Julie hand drew the "MOUNT EERIE" type (and holy smokes, did she ever do an amazing job). The final was a limited edition of 35, two-color silkscreeen on 1/4" wood... varnished and ready to hang!
